Great weather aids evening Photo Shoots
A big part of our summer programme – April through August – is a series of photo shoots the club arranges.
It may be tempting fate but so far this year our evening programme has been blessed by exceptional weather
All our venues are chosen so that members can experience different types of photography, developing their skills, and then, when the light fails, the comforts of a local pub.
Here are 3 images from evenings out at Upton Warren (where a grey heron strutted his stuff for an hour), Wooton Wawen, and Alcester.
Our remaining evening photo shoots for 2010 will be to Feckenham Wylde Moor, Piper’s Hill Wood and Inkberrow.
Our usual pattern is to hold a “show and tell” evening for every two or three photo shoots. If you would be interested in sampling one or more of our photo shoot evenings more details can be found on this page and on the Forum page.
We are currently busy putting together our programme for 2011, which we plan to centre around photographic techniques and Photoshop, using first rate lecturers. |
